Restore Etchells San Diego

This older and newly restored Etchells class sailboat was delivered for installation of the center post, which houses cleats, blocks, the mainsheet and control lines. After precise placement and bonding of the center post, is was painted using Sterling Linear Polyeurethane, along with the aft "seat" where the helmsman steps and braces his feet. A nonskid pattern was layed out and sprayed with Sterling Linear Polyeurethane mixed with non-skip particles to match the existing deck color and texture. Following the paint work, the floorboard crossmembers were bonded to the hull allowing for precise and "rattle free" installation of the floorboards.
